Somebody hacked Spotify!!

Im using only Android Devices and Windows.

My Question or Issue

From between march and aprill someone hacked into my account and constantly listening to Italian Rap from iPhone dewice. I know that u have problems with security, but after changing password that hacker still have acces to my account.

If you've already tried the steps provided here with no luck, please contact support through this page and have them take a closer look.

Note: reply to any automated mail you get

Eventually, in order to not have someone delete your data by mistake, i believe you'll be advised to create a new account and support will help transfer your data to your new account.

I have one solution for you... (if you haven't done this yet)

1st, login into your Spotify account.

2nd, change your password again.

3rd, click on the "sign out everywhere" button.

4th, log back in and go to "Apps" and remove the unwanted permissions.

Lastly, click "Offline Devices" and remove unknown devices.
