Somebody is paying for Spotify with my money

My Question or Issue

Someone, I suspect my sister-in-law, is paying for Spotify at $9.99/month out of mom's checking account. Obviously I don't have the ability to log into the account, since I'm not sure which account, and I don't know the password. How do I make it stop? The bank is not being helpful, since somehow the first ACH transfer (or eCheck) went through. The only thing I know is that mom doesn't have premium Spotify, but she IS paying for it. She wants it to stop.

If the account in question isn't yours and you do not have access to it, the only way is to cancel the payment method being used to pay for the account.
