Somebody on their PS4 is using my account-- "logout everywhere" won't help!

Hello,

Somebody has access to my account and is playing bad German techno while I'm logged in. I have "signed out of everywhere" and changed my password several times, but every time I re-open my Spotify on my PC, this dude "Listening On" his PS4.

Help!

Andy

Hi @user-removed

Welcome to the forums!

Just to check, can you confirm that you have performed all the steps here:

Thanks.

Thanks for your response. I reset my password, but did not do so in an incognito window. I clicked "sign out everywhere". This logged me out of my Spotify session, but when I logged back in with my new password this dude's PS4 was still on there.

I do not particularly want to change my password to my email-- I have done so recently and am confident that it is not the issue.

My facebook is de-activated and as far as I know is not connected to my spotify account.

I use ~3 passwords with several variants of each on other services (websites, etc.) and would rather not go through the process of figuring out which ones use the same password as Spotify...

Let me know how this could have occurred given the immediacy with which I changed my password, signed out everywhere, and logged back in with a new account.
