Somebody's using my Spotify

I wasn't sure which topic this problem would go under. Anyhow...

Since a few weeks back it seems that somebody is using my Spotify. It's happened a few times that the music suddenly just changes and a message pops up telling me that my spotify is being played on another device. And where you can see what playlists/albums/etc you've recently listened to there is always a bunch of music that I've never listened to and a bunch of newly added/downloaded playlists. Even in my daily mix there's now a playlist with all this strange spanish music.

I've tried loggin out of all devices multiple times and i've changed my password as well but it's still happening. It's just worrying because obviously somebody's hacked into my Spotify and since i log in via facebook it makes me worried that they can hack into other accounts i may have.

I'd try changing your email password first and then your Spotify's. Also your Facebook password.
