Somebody used my email to create an account, please help me figure out how to reset or delete it

I went to use Spotify for the first time ever and somebody had already created an account linked to my email. How do I reset it or delete the account so I can make my own?

When at the log in tab, press forgot my password, and it will send you a link to reset your password (to e-mail). That way, you can log in onto Spotify (web browser), go to account, and press log out on all my devices. This way the person who used your e-mail can no longer log in to this user and it will be all yours. Hope this helps 🙂
