Somehow all my account info is changed after someone logged in on my computer

Someone logged into my account on my laptop. For some reason, my Facebook account is now linked to her username and email. If I try to change the email it says its already in use but when I try to retrieve my password it says it doesn't exist. I located my real account by looking through who i followed but when I try to open the user, it doesn't exist. My real user id is 12181558370 (not sure what my username is) but for some reason when I log in with my Facebook it says its her username. How do i change back my username and get back the people I was following and my premium account that I paid for? Thank you!
