Somehow got kicked out, now says I'm "Offline"??

My Question or Issue

I never log out of my account as I can never remember passwords. Tried to go into my spotify and told me to log in. Tried so many times but said I was offline. Used my mobile data and Wi-Fi but constantly says I'm offline but I'm able to use my social media and internet. Tried logging in qith Facebook like i usually do and tried logging with email. None worked.
