Someone I don't know is accessing my spotify account from their gaming console.

Hi support comm,

as stated in the title, someone is acessing my spotify account from their PlayStation 4. I did reset my password numerous times now, logged out all my devices via the option in my account settings (which I have read will not log one out from PlayStation), but it didn't help. I do not know said person, nor do I own a PlayStation.

What can I do? I am really annoyed at this point.

That's not cool! Please contact Spotify Support with this contact form so we can help you out restoring your account.

After contacting Spotify, if you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and the support team will be able to help you out.

Try getting in contact with Customer Support. Just head to 'About us' above, then 'Contact Form', you will then be asked to fill out some details so they can help sort out your issue.
