Someone I don't know is using my account

Someone I don't know is using my account

Play lists keep popping up that I am not subscribing to. A device that I don't own keeps appearing in my device list and today while playing music someone else took control of my account. I tried removing devices from my account settings. Tried resetting my password here and on Facebook but nothing has prevented this from happening. I' ready to cancel if I don' get a resolution... And I'm frustrated that there is no phone number to call for support! Can someone help?

It sounds like someone has gained access to your account. I would recommend immediately following this guide: Someone has taken over my account. Please ensure that after following step one, you get in touch with the Spotify support team using the contact form.
