My Question or Issue

I just realized there is an extra device on my account that is a TV, I'm not logged into any TVs. I reset my password and also logged out everywhere but the TV is still there. I read on the official Spotify page that with TVs you have to have access to the TV to log out, so I need help ASAP logging out of that TV. I really appreciate your guy's advice thank you so much. I'd really appreciate it if someone from Spotify got back to me!

We are more than willing to help you deal with this situation, but we'd need a bit more info here. Can you clarify what do you mean by "there is an extra device on my account". It'd be best to show us screenshots of where this unknown TV device is appearing as logged in for you? This info will be helpful for us to orient better and give you a more relevant advice.

The device is gone now but I'm afraid they could connect again at some point. Here is a picture

Thanks for posting in the Community and for the screenshot.

 

Is the TV from the screenshot the TV you mean and don't recognize?

 

If so, this is a TV connected to a casting device and you can remove the connection to it by simply logging your account from all devices as described on this page.

 

If it is not the TV you mean, could you make sure to enable the option "Show local devices only" in the app settings, so we can be sure the mentioned TV isn't just sending a "ready to connect via Connect" handshake signal? This signal doesn't mean, that someone else is logged in on your account, no worries.
