My Question or Issue

For the last month or so, someone has been using my account. I have not given my account to anyone so it is obviously being hacked. When I am listening to my music, it is abruptly interrupted with songs that I don't recognize, and when I go into my playlist, I find that I am following users that I don't know at all. I want to know a way that I can find out where the source of my account is being used, so that I can get my account back to the way it was.
