Someone allegedly logged into my account.

Someone allegedly logged into my account.

Ok , I have been sitting here getting interruption after I interruption to my music. I have changed passwords twice and "logged everyone out" multiple times. I do not think anyone is really logged in, I think there is a flaw in your service. How do I change my userid? That is the last step I can take before I cancel this whole mess.

My suggestion would be for you to create a new account with a different email address from the one you use for Facebook. That will give you a Spotify username of your choice.

Once you have this new account, contact customer support and they'll help you migrate your Premium privileges, library, playlists, friends, etc. to this new account.

It would give you a fresh start, with no strange devices connected.

Thanks for the idea, but I do not log in with Facebook. I chose my username.

Some devices like Sonos or PS3/4 are very difficult to disconnect remotely because of how the API works. Getting a new account is the sure way to get them off your paid subscription.

It could be a Sonus system. I had not thought of that.
