Someone always on my account

I am so sorry to hijack someone else topic but i do not know where i can post new topic.

I am having the same issue, someone is adding new song and playlist on my account (okilimAThotmail.com)
And the profiles Pic and name isnt mine as well at first so i disconnect the facebook but it is still same..
I try change password and log out everywhere but it is still same...
