Someone changed my email for logging on - HELP!

Someone changed my email for logging on - HELP!

Someone changed my e-mail for logging onto my account.

 

I sent an e-mail through the annonymous link I found through other topics similar to this...but have not heard back from anyone.

 

The account I'm posting this from is not the same account that was Hacked.

 

Can someone from SUPPORT STAFF contact me and I will get all of the appropriate info to them for the HACKED account.

 

I can verify my E-mail, PayPal info, B-Day, Street address, ETC ETC.  to prove that I'm the rightful owner.

 

I've been paying for two premium accounts for YEARS without any huccups.  Now this.

 

PLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEASE HELP!!!!?

Hey @wsbw2020,

 

The Spotify Support team usually replies within 24-48 hours.

 

If you still have not gotten a reply:

 

    • Did you get a confirmation email from the contact form? It should be similar to "Spotify Support Case #XXXXXXX". If so, reply back to that email and tell them you still need help.
    • If you got an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the Community, you need to reply back to it saying you still need help, even if it's from a no-reply address.
    • If you never got an email, look in your spam folder to see if there is an email in there. Make sure you are checking the email account you used to sign up to Spotify. You can check your accounts email address here.

I did not get a case number.....

 

I havent gotten anything.
