Someone changed my email receipient/password

Hi,

 

It seems like someone has changed the email linked to my account. I try to log in with my pw, but it says it is wrong. When I try to send a new one to my email (forgotten password) I dont receive anything.. Accountname is same as the one I use here.

Sorry to hear that 😕 But don't worry, I'm sure you'll get your account back. My recommendation is this:


Since you've said that someone changed the email-adress, you should get in touch with the Spotify staff by using this (anonymous) contact form: https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-anonymous/. You need to verify that it is your account so please add as much information as you can (Birthday, ZIP, payment info/receipts etc)

If you'll receive an automated mail that leads you back to the community or help pages, please reply to that mail (even if it's from "no-reply") and someone will get back to you as soon as possible. But if you get a case number, you can post it here and one of the staff members will look into it.
