Someone else accessing my account

My acccount is tied to Facebook.  I've changed my FB password, removed FB access, logged back into Spotify after logging off all sessions.  Attempts to set a Spotify password so I can stop using fail.  It says it is unable to set the password at this time.  Opened a trouble ticket #04727910.  The only email I've seen since opening the case was a phishing attempt for my information that was in German.  Based on the device name, I'm assuming the person illegaly accessing my account is German as well.

Same thing happened to me today. I wonder if Spotify got hacked?
