Someone else is connected to my account right now

As the topic tell you. Someone else is trying to use my account while I am listening.

I am not sharing my account with anyone and has not logged into any other device then my own computer.

I have tried to change my password and log out all loged in devices but this did not make any changes. 

I have also made an complete virus scan on my computer, it did not find any suspicious software.

I do know what to do next, this person continue to interrupt me and put on his/hers own music..

That is a weird situation. After you change your password and log out of all devices you should not have that problem again. You have to know that logging out of all devices takes a little bit of time. Anyways when you are listening to music on Spotify make sure you recognize all devices that appear in the Connect menu, located at the bottom in iOS and Android apps or bottom left on desktop apps. Anyways you should see if there is a active device using your account while using Spotify. Spotify will offer you to listen in that device.

Yeah, I forgot to write about that. I noticed that someone with a PS4 was connected to my account. Me myself has no PS4 and I never use my account to logon any of my friends devices.

I have been talking to SpotifyCares @ Facebook, their developers are now looking at this issue.

I can agree that it is a wierd situation.

When I think about it, I cannot find any situation where I would have jeopardized my accound security. I never use public Wi-Fi. I do never handing over my password to others. I never log on to any other devices then my own devices (computer and Phone).

Not even my girlfriend knows what password I have, she has her own account and I has my own.

I hope that the Spotify dev team could help me out with this wierd situation. 🙂
