Someone else is on my account, help

Every time I open spotify I encounter new issues. First, I had like 20 spanish songs added to my playlist that I never selected. I deleted those and laughed it off. Next I had random songs cutting into my playlist, stopping the song I was listening to and starting whatever the next one was. This morning, I opened spotify and every one of my playlists were deleted and replaced with new ones that I had not made. I am the only one I know with access to my account and this is really frustrating. I’ve changed my password multiple times now, restored my playlists, and clicked “sign out everywhere” a handful of times now. Contemplating canceling my premium, as this is just absolutely frustrating and ridiculous and I can’t find a way to contact spotify directly. Anyone else have an issue like this? Really need a fix!!! Thank you!!

I have experienced same problems.

I have now changed password, restored playlists, kicked out all devices.

If it happens again I will cancel my subscription due to the lack of possibility to contact Spotify for support.
