Hi there,
I've used my Spotify on a few laptops that haven't been my own, but have always signed out (to my knowledge). Lately, I've had my sessions paused due to signing in elsewhere, and have noticed random starred tracks in my account. I've just changed my password, but is there anything you can do to help?
Thanks,
S

You guys have done that already, but if you think doing it over will solve this problem, then sure.
I have read something about an error where itouch/iphone are registering as two machines due to the caches?
I am not sure if I read that right but it was from:

Anyway, please reset the devices for me again.
Let's try that.
Thank you! 😄
OK, done. This was a bug in a previous version of the iOS app yes - but it's been fixed since. Try reinstalling Spotify across all devices just to make sure.
I am also having this problem. Could you help me out as well please? Will this kick them off my account and let me log back in? Thanks so much.
I'm also having this problem, and I would appreciate it greatly if someone could help me out with this. Thank you!
Hi Vermicide - No one is signed into your account at the moment. Please sign in with your 'vermicide' username and Spotify password and you should be fine.
If you want to change your password for extra security please click here.
Hey David, i'm having the same problem, someone else is using my spotify, and I can't figure out who it is.
Changed the password, but didnt change a thing.
So could you or any moderator force a logout? 🙂
Much obliged!

Done.
no problems so far, thx alot! 🙂
Same problem. My brother in law (Dave_art) is logged in at my premium account and I am getting all his messenges and so on. We have tried to solve this but can't figure out the problem. Would a forced log out help?

I noticed that there were some tracks starred that I had never listened to before. If I could just have everyone logged out on my account it would make me feel better. I changed my password but I don't think it really helped. Sorry to bother you guys again lol.
So far so good. Thanks a lot guys!

Hi, all you have to do is log out of that account by going to File >> Log out or pressing Ctrl+Shift+W:
The normal user can then login, and you can use your account again.
