Someone else is using my Spotify account

My Question or Issue

I've noticed on my previously played artists many EDM artists or certain playlists that I've never listened to.

Additionally, my phone often tells me whether I want to switch from Chrome to my phone. When I do, the music is not anything I listen to.

I believe that someone else is using my account.

Can you please help me to resolve this issue?
