Someone else is using my Spotify account

Hi there,

 

I've used my Spotify on a few laptops that haven't been my own, but have always signed out (to my knowledge). Lately, I've had my sessions paused due to signing in elsewhere, and have noticed random starred tracks in my account. I've just changed my password, but is there anything you can do to help?

I'm having sort of the same issue. Except the person who was using my account after I told them not to is still using my account, but I think they're offline using it. Is there anyway to block them from having any access at all to my account whether it's online or offline mode? I thought about resetting my password but if they have an app that automatically opens would it make them put in a new password if I change it?

We can disconnect all accounts and revoke access for your offline devices, would that help? You'll need to resync any of your playlists afterwards though.

Someone is using my account, wich they shouldn't. Can you disconect all devices on my account so everybody have to login again? I have already changed my password.

Hi opa90 - There isn't currently anyone signed into your account.  Did you want us to clear the devices for you?

 

Please note you'll have to resync your offline playlists on those devices.

I still have the same issue!!!!!

GAHHH. this is frustrating.

 

I resetted my password, and you guys also disconnected all the currently active sessions.

And today, when I used my itouch and went online with it, it desynched me, saying that I have more than three devices.

 

The three devices I want to use my premium subcriptions are my Itouch, my laptop, and my droid.

 

Please fix this issue please....

Hi! I've just connected my spotify to facebook, and now all sorts of mysterious songs are being posted on my facebook wall, even though I'm not online on my spotify! Is this a bug or is my account being used by someone else? If so, could you please shut down all sessions?

You guys have done that already, but if you think doing it over will solve this problem, then sure.

 

I have read something about an error where itouch/iphone are registering as two machines due to the caches?

I am not sure if I read that right but it was from:

Anyway, please reset the devices for me again.
