Someone else is using my account

Hello,

Over the last month or so I have been continually interrupted by someone else using my Spotify.
It is not restricted to a time of day, but a password change and logging out of devices has not helped.

Whoever is using my account appears to be really into what I think is Vietnamese music.
I've attatched some photos.

Would really like this to stop as it is incredibly annoying, yet also makes me quite concerned about how secure my personal information and billing details are.
