Someone else is using my account!

Someone else is using my account!

I saw the post of the week this week about accounts being hacked and wondered if anyone else has noticed a piggyback user? I often see that tunes have been played on my account that are not my taste and am pretty sure that someone is riding my premium account.
I have changed my password and log out whenever I think of it but it doesn't seem to make any difference.
What should I do?

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
