Someone else logged in to my account while I can't

I have(had) two Spotify accounts, one linked to my Facebook account just to try spotify withouth subscription about a year ago. 

The other accounts isn't linked to my Facebook page, I signed up with a Gmail e-mailaddress. 

 

The second account got disabled because there was a payment issue, which I understand (although I find it strange that I can't fix this, I simply can't get my account back and Spotify won't reply to my e-mails about this issue).

And the first account (linked to my Facebook page) I can't login to anymore either, Google Chrome says "ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS" and the Spotify Windows app says that my username or password is incorrect, but I can login to my Facebook account...

But that's not all: on the 28th of November I got an e-mail message from Facebook telling me someone has logged in to my Spotify account from the other side of the Netherlands at 6:57 in the moring (while I was asleep).

I can't unlink my Spotify account from my Facebook account because I need to be logged in. I can't delete both of my accounts because I need to be logged in.

 

To me this is a serious safety issue.

 

I would really like to get access to both of my accounts and I also would like to be able to subscribe again, I'll make sure there won't be any payment issues.

This issue has been solved, thank you very much! The customercare was very quick in their replies and have done a great job in solving my problems 🙂
