Someone else logged into my account?!

Hi there, I've had a re-occuring problem for the last two days - someone else is logged into my account.

My profile photo has changed, someone else is making playlists and playing music on devices that are not mine. My Spotify is (obviously) connected directly to my Facebook - which has not been comprimised.

When I log into the Spotify website and use the "Sign Out of Everywhere" function everything returns to normal (although I now have playlists on my account created by someone else). And the devices dissapear. However with a a few hours someone appears, my music is highjacked again.

As of the time I write this post my profile image has changed, and someone is listening to music well outside my taste. 

I have no idea what to do or how to get my paid account back.

Hi Tobias - there definitely something going on with my account - it keeps coming up with errors when I try add device passwords too. Have sent a support ticket. Case # 07595403

Wait until you hear back from them, if they reply with a no-reply email just message back

I've posted a link to this thread to them additionally. 
I literally don't have the option to change my password..

And trying to change my device password just leads to this:
