Someone else uses my account!!!

Hi,

when i login to my spotify acc, there is a wrong name in the top right corner of the mac app. The name is Eliana Kerr.

Someone else is using my account, because sometimes somebody changes the song im listening to. Also somebody creates playlists and adds friends. Today the someone even left me a message via playlists, that he is using my account because he has got no money (see attached screenshot). I changed my password and disconnected all users but this didn't help.

So what else can i try? It really upsets me because i'm paying for spotify....... 😞

I have exactly the same since yesterday. And today my account was cancelled but not by me..

Since I have changed all login credentials and disconnected all devices I assume there a kind of mixed up databases for my and someone else's account.

I guess Spotify has some real issues currently with their databases.
