Someone else using my email for their account.

Someone else using my email for their account.

Someone have registered my email for their spotify account, which I found out when he/she had problem paying for premium... 

Is it possible to get in contact with the user and inform him/her that it would be a good idea to change the email?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

If you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they will be able to look into this a little closer for you! I would definitely think they might like to know why their premium has stopped working! 


If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
