Someone hacked my account and deleted all my playlists

Hi,

Someone hacked in to my account a few days ago, and i already changed my password and pressed the 'log out on all accounts' buttom at the settings page. But unfortunately, this person is still using my account and deleted all my playlists. Can you please delete this person from my account and retrieve my playlists? I already emailed the costumer service but received no reply so far. Please help me, because this is really annoying. Thanks!

Hey @yara01,

If you got an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
