Someone hacked my account ( password changed)

Hello 

First i already send an e-mail to support@spotify.com , i explained everything and added every details i could.

 

Tell me what  i should do next , i really have no idea :'(

 

Ps : sorry for my bad english , i'm trying my best to keep it readable.

You've taken the correct steps, and someone from the support team will be able to help you restore access to your account.

 

Did the confirmation email tell you to seek help on the community forums? If so, reply directly to the auto-response email and your case will be seen by the proper persons.

I already did everything what e-mail said , i added  support@spotify.com my white list and reply directly to this auto-response email , and this is why a posted a question here ^_^
