Someone hacked my account please help me

Hi! So my account got hacked, which at first i thought was one of my friends just borrowing my premium account, But i just checked my spotify on on my computer and saw that omeone changed the password and email-adress for the whole thing! What do i do? Im kinda starting to freak out.
