Someone has access to my Spotify account!

Hi,

I’ve been having trouble this week because someone has accessed my Spotify account without my permission. The person is from Turkey, which is weird because I live in the Philippines.(South East Asia). I’ve changed my password 3 times already, disconnected my Facebook and everything but someone is still accessing my Spotify account which is kind of annoying because I can see my library showing up Turkish songs. I’ve also selected the “log out from all devices” but no luck. Can someone help me?
