My Question or Issue

The last 1-2 days my Spotify says I have incorrect password. I'll change it, and even check my email to verify no one accessed it and no one has. Yet my password keeps getting changed. And today when I went onto my spotify I found all my playlists are gone and replaced with someone elses. My music history is songs and playlists I don't listen too, all the playlists are made by someone named "Erick_Belmonte". So I dunno if I am being hacked, or somehow our accounts got glitched together and now I have his playlists and stuff. (And yes it's still my account. All the user info is mine and it's still my username). I keep changing the password to different things yet it keeps getting changed. And I know for sure no one has hacked/broken into my Email as the password is very secure and I ONLY use it for my Email. No other site uses it, to prevent website leaks ruining all my accounts.
