Someone has changed the email that I was using to paulakv106@gmail.com within the last 2 days....

Shes also changed the password so I can't change it back...help?

Hi, and welcome to the community!

I suggest you submit this online contact form instead (allows you to select an email for the replies to go to) and someone at Spotify should be able to fix all of that for you.

If you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.
