Someone has created an account for a family member in my account

Hi there,

I have a Spotify premium for family account created through facebook. My facebook password is very long and includes numbers, capital letters, and symbols. I have two step login enabled. So my facebook should be safe.

But today I found out that someone has created an additional account! After navigating away from the "Your Home" page, and back in to it, an invite for an additional account was sent out!

How can this happen? I am getting totally paranoid here - I don't trust Spotify at all!

And I can't even contact Spotify directly, I have to go through this forum. This is scary. Has anybody noticed anything like this? How do I stop this from happening.

I am paying good money for Spotify, if I don't get this fixed right away, I don't see other solutions than cancelling the subscription!
