Someone has my account details

hey,so today i noticed that my spotify was paused on song which i would never listen, and then i checked "devices available" and noticed someone who isn't me.
so i went on website ,logged on and noticed that my email is changed,i tried to change it back,but apparantly password is changed as well. and at this point i don't know what to do,should i cancel my premium and make a new account? or theres a way recovering all that? it will be really annoying when that person will keep interupting my spotify when i use it..
i tired to do sign out from all devices ,but he got back on obviously.
and noi have never shared my account details with anyone.
