Someone have used my email to register an account

Someone from Italy registered Yesterday in Spotify an account with my email.

I got the confirmation email and I didn't click anything because it was not me.

Even I haven't clicked the link to confirm today I got another email from spotify in italian saying welcome to spotify... so I supose even I haven't click anything and even I'm using that email in my spanish account it doesn't matter and they let this person to use my personal email / information. This makes me feel like Spotify has security problems related with our personal information because anyone can pretend to be you because the email confirmation is useless.

If you believe someone else is using your email address with Spotify, follow these steps to get in touch with us: 

1. Go to our contact form.
2. Select Subscription, then Other.
3. Click I STILL NEED HELP.
4. Select Premium as your type of subscription.
5. Under Your Spotify username or Facebook login, enter "unknown".
6. Under Your email address (registered to your Spotify account), enter the email address you'd like to be contacted on.
7. Fill out the other details and submit.
