Someone helped me on support chat to change me email, never got link

That was to be mailed and cannot sign in to premium account now

Just to confirm, has your email already been updated? If so, you should be able to access your account with that email and password. If you don't remember your password, you can reset it here. 

However, if you're not getting the email, we suggest that you check the Junk/Spam folder. Also, you can try resetting your password from a different device or using an incognito window. 

If none of those work, we suggest that you reach out to our Support team again, through any of these channels so they can take a closer look and further assist you with this.
