Someone hijacked my accounts and now all my playlists are gone

Somewhere around early march my email and password had been leaked on pastebin and I got a bunch of emails about suspicious logins on my account. I immediately changed my password everywhere and doing this logged me out of Spotify on my phone and pc. After this it looked like nothing was wrong.

Fast forward to today and all my playlists are gone, am no longer following anyone and I have a single french playlist that I never made. It seems to not be possible to restore playlists however as it tells me I haven't deleted any.

Please help

Sorry to hear this, in this case if you reach out to Spotify Support using one of the options here and they'll be able to investigate this and in most cases put your account back to how it was prior to this.
