Someone is Hacking Me!!!!!!!!!!!

My Question or Issue

 Someone is logging into my account and stopping my music to play some weird/creepy stuff i would like to change my account but i created my account with facebook and i no longer have that old email that is saved. i changed my facebook email and password and put the 2 step but the person still logged on after i logged everyone out of spotify. i had to put the two step myself when i logged in so how did this person get in and can i please get a way to permenantly get my account back. i would not mind starting a new account but i have my student credentials on my primary account already so i cant transfer it. please help
