Someone is accessing my account without me knowing

Each time I log into Spotify and view my recently played list there are about 6-10 playlists that I definitely did not listen to or even open and they are genres I never listen to. How can I determine where else my account is being accessed?

We're sorry to hear that. In this case, we suggest that you try logging out of every device from your account page. For extra safety, you can also change your password.
