Someone is using my Credit Card. Please investigate.

It's been a month since i stopped my premium subscription.

Just today, I saw an entry in my bank's online transaction that i just paid PHP129 last April 20, 2018. It's not me who did that and upon checking i'm still using the free version of spotify.

Tell me where can i send the bank's transaction details. that might help in your investigation. Thanks!

I suggest checking if you have multiple Spotify accounts following the steps on this support page. You could have an active subscription on a different account.

If you're sure there's only one account and you don't recognize where the payment is coming from, check out this page for what to do next.
