Someone is using my account!

Hi,

I have been using Spotify for ages, I went to log on the other day & all my playlists have gone & been replaced by music I have never heard of?

Has anyone come up against this before? If so how do I solve it?

Welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

It sounds like someone may be accesing your account. To prevent this, go to https://www.spotify.com/account/overview/, change your password and press the "Sign out everywhere" button.

 

Playlists can be restored at https://www.spotify.com/ph/account/recover-playlists/. Let me know how it goes!

I have restored my play list but is there anyway I can restore my songs too? As they have deleted everything 😞

Right now, it's only possible to restore playlists
