Someone is using my spotify account

I was at a sleepover last week, and i connected my spotify to the device at her house.. But now she has added playlists and deleted my lists, what can i do?

Feel free to post on this topic to get logged out of all devices.
Then I suggest you reset your password so the person can't login again.

Also, Feel free to check out this topic detailing how to recover a deleted playlist.

If you've lost more than just playlists, or other things have changed, let me know.
