Someone new using my account - all playlists gone

Someone new using my account - all playlists gone

Hi,

 

Last night all my playlists were deleted and replaced with playlists of Spanish music I've never heard of. When I was trying to listen to my own music the songs kept being skipped, and then changed back to the Spanish music, as if someone is using my account from a different device.

 

I log in through facebook and signed everyone out using the accounts page but woke up this morning to that music again.

 

Any help?

I have the exact same issue! I thought I'm going mad. I hope it gets resolved.

I have changed all my passwords so hopefully that keeps him away. It looks like he deleted all my playlists so I've restored them.

Just had the same thing happen to me... They didn't erase my playlists but they subscruibbed to a bunch of music and playlists I would never listen to. 

Contact support. They will lock the account and change password for you.

Except for the fact that my account is now deleted.. I couldn't change my password for some reason.

Is there a Spotify support btw!?
