Someone registered an account using my email. HELP ME

Someone is using my email to subscribe petitions, create accounts and so on.

Today I downloaded spotify on my android but my email is already used, then I checked on my inbox and I found a registration on Dec25.

As I do everytime someone registers to any service using my email, I change password and block the service for further use.

Now..I wanna use spotify and I wanna create my own account.

So please how to delete the account that someone created using my email?
