Someone's using my Spotify

I went to create a Spotify account to find that one had already been used with my email address. I changed the password but they have their facebook to log into and I don't know how to remove their facebook from my account. Not to mention in trying to make a complaint to Spotify, I have not been getting any response.

If you submit an online contact form; someone at Spotify can sort this out for you.
Once you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff. (If you haven't been getting a response to that form, make sure you reply to the automated message).

If you can login, by resetting your password, try this:

1. Go to settings:

2. Scroll down a bit and you should see the "Disconnect the Facebook" button:
