Someone's using my account and I can't stop them!

My Question or Issue

 Starting yesterday, my music keeps stopping and it says that it's playing from a device I do not recognize. There is no option in settings to disable that device although it gives me the option to remove my own Echo. I have it linked to Facebook. I've already used Facebook's "log out of all sessions" and changed my password and used Spotify's "log out of all sessions" as well, but it is still happening. How can I disable whatever that device is?
