Someone's using my account

Someone's using my account

Someone's using my account. I've asked friends and family but none of them seems to be using it (or so they say). I've changed the password multiple times but sometimes I still get the "Music has been paused. Your account is being used elsewhere"-notification. I guess because the person never logs out they're not affected by me changing the passwords.

So - how do I log out from all accounts using my email adress?

If you have access to a PC, you can go to the website and click on your username in the upper right hand corner. After clicking "Account", it will bring you to "Account overview", and at the bottom of the options is one that says "Sign Out Everywhere". This should sign you out of all devices using your account. I would then suggest changing your password, which can be done also on the spotify website, it is the 4th option down on the sidebar if you are still on the account webpage.

Hope this helps!
