Someone stole my spotify premium account.

So i have had spotify premium for like 6 or 7 months and yesterday when i logged in, i saw that someone was using it on a device that is unfamiliar to me. I've tried to change my password and everything, but it doesnt help, is there anything i could do or can spotify do something about it?

Can you try signing out everywhere?

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click SIGN OUT EVERYWHERE.

Hey @Miket7905,

Check that your email address is correct in your profile page (not been altered by someone else) and change the password to a more secure one.

Then, like @anjieeeeeeeeee rightfully says, there is option to sign out from all devices in your account's main control panel (at the very bottom).

That should logout of everything, including unrecognized devices.

I have done all of that... I sent a letter to tech support. Hopefully they can help

I would suggest to make sure all your information is put in correctly and maybe try a more secure password:)
