My Question or Issue

 A few days ago I got logged out of my Spotify on my phone. I reentered with Facebook but all my playlists were gone and I had a few new ones with Korean music on it. After getting  my playlists back in the settings the same thing happened again 😕 unfortiunetly I cant change my password because I forgot my old one AND lost acces to the active e-mail. I do have acces to my Facebook and if needed I can connect my phone number as well.
What possibilitys do I have ?
